What this service is
CloudlessConvert is a free tool, operated by MatrixInn Solutions, that converts and compresses image files (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP and related formats) entirely within your web browser. No account is required or offered. No file you convert is uploaded to us — see the Privacy Policy for the technical detail.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the site to process, or attempt to process, content that is illegal to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the servers, code, or infrastructure behind this site;
- Use automated means to scrape, mirror, or reproduce the site's content or converter tools at scale without our permission;
- Misrepresent your use of the site in any way that could harm MatrixInn Solutions, other users, or third parties.
Because no file you convert is ever transmitted to us, we have no visibility into and no ability to monitor what you convert. Responsibility for the content you process through this tool rests entirely with you.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Conversions will be error-free, lossless (beyond what the chosen format allows), or suitable for any particular purpose;
- The site will be available without interruption, or free of bugs;
- Any specific browser, device, or file will be compatible with the converter.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any file before converting it. We strongly recommend never relying on this — or any single tool — as the only copy of an important file.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatrixInn Solutions and CloudlessConvert will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of files, or lost time — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This is a free tool offered without charge; our practical exposure is limited accordingly.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and written content are the property of MatrixInn Solutions unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. This has no bearing on the images you convert — those remain entirely your own property at all times, since they never leave your device and we never take possession of them.

Where this site links to third-party resources (including, if applicable, advertisements), we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this service at any time, and may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any consumer protection you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
