What's useful to include
- Conversion problems: the source file format (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP), roughly how large the file was, your browser and its version, and what went wrong — an error message, a wrong colour, a missing rotation. We can't see anything about your file ourselves (that's rather the point of the site), so specifics are the only thing that helps us reproduce an issue.
- Feature requests: what you're trying to do and why the current tools don't cover it. Concrete use cases are more useful than "add X."
- Privacy or security concerns: please email directly rather than posting publicly, so anything sensitive can be handled quietly. See the Privacy Policy for how the site handles data.
- Business or partnership inquiries: also welcome at the same address.
